It would appear in most cases labour suppliers believe they understand and appreciate the Legal requirements relating to Health and Safety involving lift operations; it would also be common for contract lift, or crane hire companies to supply operators at extremely high daily rates.

ALS UK have developed key attributes to be a cost effective and knowledgeable labour only contractor providing CRANE/LIFT SUPERVISORS and APPOINTED PERSONS for crane activites.

•  Tested at registration (ALS Trade test) 
•  Having in-depth knowledge of all sectors, Rail, Civil Construction, Aviation, Nuclear energy, allows us to    provide crane personnel with the skill sets suited to the highly regulated and restricted markets. Different  environments, change in legislation, change in Health and Safety policies all determine specific experiences and expertise.
•  The ability to support the supply staff “anywhere at any time”. 
•  ALS UK has experienced and ex lifting personnel recruiting and consulting with clients for their specific needs 
• Experience in completing lift plans on a call out basis.

ALS UK is a stand alone, unique company in our own right, we do not TRY to provide the right person, we DO provide the right person.

All ALS UK staff will be vetted prior to commecing work.It is important all staff supplied undertake a strict vetting process.Trades references are taken based on specific jobs roles, CPCS qualifications are checked on pheonix online and all lifting candidates will take the ALS UK TRADE TEST. The trade test identifies, not only ticketed personnel but the EXPERIENCES of each candidate.

ALS UK will require the test to be taken at the time of registration. The test will be timed and requires a 100% pass rate. If clients require a copy of the test please contact us direct to discuss.
